We are looking for an Influence Marketing Coordinator.

Under the supervision of the Marketing Director and Influence Marketing Agents, the Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all administrative tasks and activities related to Jinfluence’s influencer marketing campaigns. He or she will have to follow up with customers, talents and agents to ensure delivery in accordance with the agreements sold.

The coordinator must have a strong sense of autonomy and initiative. He or she must also be able to manage several projects at once without losing sight of the details. The ideal candidate must be adaptable and flexible.

Main activities :

• Provide daily support to Agents in all their tasks, including administrative support;
• Develop trusting relationships with your assigned content creators;
• Ensure effective and proactive follow-up with Customers and Talents to meet deadlines;
• Support the Jinfluence team in planning, organizing and implementing influencer marketing contracts;
• Help the team prospect new partners and finalize agreements;
• Update the various campaign monitoring and management tools;
• Participate in the drafting of all types of documents and letters;
• Invoicing, invoicing follow-up and campaign payments;
• Production of designer media kits and performance reports for each campaign;
• Perform all other related tasks.

Skills required:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing;
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or other relevant training;
• Bilingual (French-English);
• Knowledge of television production (asset);
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Problem-oriented ;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Very good abilitý to work under pressure with little supervision;
• Sense of autonomy and initiative.

Working conditions :

• Contract position – Maternity leave replacement, full-time, 40h/week;
• Hybrid – telework and face-to-face at downtown Montreal office
