FILLED – We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Agent.

Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, the agent will participate in our many campaigns and launches. He or she will follow up with customers, advertising agencies and producers to ensure delivery in accordance with the sold agreement.

The agent must have a strong sense of autonomy and initiative. He or she must also be able to manage several projects at once without losing sight of the details. The ideal candidate must be adaptable and flexible.

Main activities :

• Managing talent and collaboration;
• Participate in the negotiation of fees and the terms of their contracts;
• Participate in the development of sales tools and marketing initiatives to ensure the constant promotion of talent (media kit, social networks, etc.);
• Monitor influence campaigns and present results;
• Check project payment follow-up ;
• Work in collaboration with the marketing team;
• Ensure that deadlines and objectives are met;
• Develop a list of prospective customers based on defined parameters and contact them;
• Prospect for new talent for the agency;
• Perform all other related tasks.

Skills required:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or influencer marketing;
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or other relevant training;
• Bilingualism (French-English) ;
• Increased knowledge of social networks and trends; àGood oral and written communication skills;
• Problem-oriented ;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Very good ability to work under pressure with little supervision;
• Sense of autonomy and initiative.

Working conditions :

• Contract position, full-time, 40h/week
• Teleworking
• Start date: as soon as possible
• Salary according to experience
