D-DAY – SEASON 2

In this new season, we follow Julie Snyder who, after taking some time to rest and settling into her new condo, is ready for new projects that are close to her heart. A seasoned businesswoman, she has purchased a hotel in the Magdalen Islands, which she hopes to renovate to accommodate her work teams and seasonal rentals. A woman of the avant-garde, Julie will be showcasing the latest trends, as well as the many Quebec artisans and designers who will be decorating the hotel and its associated mini-home.

LIFE-GIVING

The documentary series will focus on Amélie Lemieux’s quest to begin the process of surrogate motherhood. The mother of Romy, 6, and Norah, 11, both murdered in July 2020 by their father, has a strong desire to renew with motherhood. Being a surrogate mother is a gesture of altruism that raises passions in Quebec! Is it legal? How does it work? Why do these women agree to carry a child for someone else and are paid to do so? These are just some of the questions this series will address.
