The Productions J teams picked up 4 trophies last night at the Prix Gémeaux Gala!

Last night marked the 37th edition of the Prix Gémeaux. Once again this year, the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television celebrated the work of television artists and craftspeople at its three galas.
Productions J garnered a total of 18 nominations for 6 of its productions, and 3 of them stood out on Sunday, winning 4 honors, thanks to talented artists and craftspeople.
Occupation Double in the Westwith its nominations for Best Reality Show and Best Reality Show Host, where Jay Du Temple won the Gémeaux for his unique hosting talent, makes this show an eagerly-awaited success year after year. Occupation Double Martinique airs Monday to Thursday at 6:30 p.m. and Sundays at 6:30 p.m. on Noovo and noovo.ca!
Complètement Lycéean original idea by Rosalie Vaillancourt and Pierre-Yves Roy-Desmarais, was a finalist in 7 categories, winning two Gémeaux awards: Best Leading Role in a Program or Series Produced for Digital Media: Comedy(Rosalie Vaillancourt) and Best Supporting Role in a Program or Series Produced for Digital Media(Antoine Pilon). The musical game that made its debut on Noovo last year, Who Can Sing?is blessed with a passionate and dedicated host, which earned it a nomination for Best Game and Best Game Animation (Phil Roy). But it’s thanks to the exceptional direction of the trio of Benoît Giguère, Stéphane Laporte and David Quintin, that this show walked away with a statuette last night, for Best Game Direction.
