The Champions Challenge

Le Défi des champions is a variety show in which, for eight weeks, athletes Bruny Surin, Marc Gagnon, Isabelle Charest, Nathalie Lambert, Étienne Boulay, Mathieu Dandenault, Manon Rhéaume, Marie-Pierre Gagné and Marie-Andrée Lessard outdo themselves in various acts (trapeze, German wheel, acrobatic bike, hoop, juggling, aerial fabric, hand-to-hand, bungee, rola bola, etc.) in front of the public and TV viewers.

They are accompanied by coaches Sylvie Fréchette, Catherine Archambault, Hugues Aubry and Geneviève Dorion-Coupal, and a troupe of professional acrobats, who act as allies in helping them prepare and present their high-profile circus acts. This rivalry allows us to understand the mental strength behind each athlete, their relationship with performance, their constant quest for perfection and victory. Every week, the athletes give their all to amaze us, perform quality acts and… win Le Défi des champions! A competition as exciting as an Olympic final and as dazzling as a great circus show!
