COMBLÉ – We’re looking for a Postproduction Coordinator!

We are currently seeking a Postproduction Coordinator. Under the supervision of the Postproduction Manager, the coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all management tasks and activities on a given project. He/she assigns tasks to the team in place and ensures the smooth running of the project entrusted to him/her. The coordinator must have a strong sense of autonomy and initiative, rigor, very good stress management and schedule flexibility to deal with unforeseen shooting situations. Work is in person, at 1055 boulevard René Levesque Est, #200, Montreal.

Job description

  • Management of post-production schedules for the various posts and departments (web/show editing/autopromo) and assistant editors;
  • Monitoring of program delivery deadlines and deadlines, with suppliers (mix/colo/Vd/subtitling) in the event of schedule changes, and with the broadcaster;
  • Preparation of AQTIS timesheets and invoicing follow-up with suppliers every 2 weeks;
  • Follow-up of requests from directors and producers on a daily basis;
  • Sending of episode approvals to the teams, and tracking of corrections until delivery of the show;
  • Web follow-up (calendar, approval dispatch);
  • Management of media filing and guarantor of file nomenclature;
  • Make sure you receive the necessary graphic elements on time.

Skills required

  • Relevant work experience in post-production and/or post-production coordination
  • Good knowledge of the necessary post-production steps
  • Knowledge of Aqtis conventions
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Communication and negotiation skills, diplomacy
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

Working conditions :

  • Contractual, full-time from March 14 to June 10, 2022 with possibility of extension thereafter
  • Salary according to experience
