FILLED – We’re looking for Coordinators!

We are currently looking for a TECHNICAL Coordinator and a LOGISTICS Coordinator. Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all management tasks and activities on a given project. He/she assigns tasks to the team in place and ensures the smooth running of the project entrusted to him/her. The coordinator must have a strong sense of autonomy and initiative, rigor, very good stress management and schedule flexibility to deal with unforeseen shooting situations. *The work will take place in Varennes on shooting days and on telework when possible.

TECHNICAL COORDINATOR

Job description

• Schedule management;
• Technical team management: Hiring technicians;
• Preparation of AQTIS contracts and timesheets, and invoicing follow-up with suppliers every 2 weeks;
• Follow-up of requests from directors and producers on a daily basis;
• All other related tasks

Skills required

• Relevant work experience / production coordination;
• Good knowledge of production steps required;
• Knowledge of AQTIS conventions
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Communication and negotiation skills, diplomacy;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure

Working conditions

• Contract, full-time from mid-July to mid-April 2023
• Salary according to experience

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Job description

• Logistical organization of the studio and surrounding area;
• Management of the Production Assistants team;
• Organize and supervise logistics (meals, transport, shopping, etc.);
• Follow-up on team requests;
• All other related tasks

Skills required

• Relevant work experience in event or set logistics;
• Good knowledge of production steps required;
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Communication and negotiation skills, diplomacy;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure
