The documentary Khate’s Quest presents the process surrounding Khate Lessard’s gender reassignment surgery. In fall 2019, Khate Lessard, the first trans woman to appear on a reality TV show, had her gender-affirming surgery, specifically a vaginoplasty. The La semaine des 4 Julie team follows her through the process, as she is surrounded by her family and her lover.
