Influencer marketing agent wanted

Jinfluence is looking for an influencer marketing agent.

Under the supervision of the agency director, theagent will participate in our multiple campaigns and various launches. He or she will follow up with customers, advertising agencieś and producers to ensure delivery of campaigns.

Theagent must have a strong sense of autonomy and initiative. He or she must also have a good ability to manage several projects at once. The ideal candidate must have good adaptability and flexibilitý.

Main activities :

• Manage influencer marketing campaigns and their profitability;
• Get all the information you need from your customers;
• Collaborate on concepts;
• Managing talent and collaboration;
• Ensure that campaigns meet customer expectations;

• Monitor influencer campaigns and present results;

• Participate in negotiating fees and terms of influencer contracts;
• Participate in the development of sales tools and marketing initiatives to ensure the constant promotion of talent (media kit, social networks, etc.);
• Ensure that deadlines and objectives are met;
• Verify project payment follow-up;
• Work in collaboration with the marketing team;
• Search for new customers;

• Prospect for new talent for the agency;

• Perform all other related tasks.

Skills required:

• Experience in sales or influencer marketing an asset;
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or other relevant training..;
• Bilingual (French-English);
• Increased knowledge of social networks and trends;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Organizational skills and respect for deadlines;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Very good ability to work under pressure;
• Sense of autonomy and initiative.

Working conditions :

• Contract position, full-time, 40h/week;
• Telecommuting and face-to-face;
• Job starts as soon as possible;
• Salary according to experience.
