We’re celebrating the great Alys Robi at La semaine des 4 Julie this Thursday, October 14!

Julie Snyder welcomes Pascale Bussières and writer, researcher and translator Chantal Ringuet tonight to La semaine des 4 Julie from 9pm on Noovo! On this Thursday, we take a trip back to 2005, when Lady Alis Robi, in one of her last TV appearances, performed her hit Chica Chica Boum Chic. Joining her on stage were former academy graduates and Pascale Bussières, who played her in Denise Filiatrault’s film Ma vie en Cinémascope .

Chantal Ringuet is Alys Robi’s great-niece, and the author of her biography Alys Robi was wonderful.
